Over-keeping records costs you money and adds GDPR risk. When each box arrives we set a retention date for it, using common UK periods for your sector or your own policy.

Your account admins get a reminder before a box reaches its retention date, so you can decide calmly.
Admin approval
Only your nominated admins can approve destruction. One click in the portal starts it.
A certificate for your files
Every destruction is recorded and certified, so you can show you met your obligations.
